Equinix NY10 Secaucus (275 Hartz Way) is a planned data center in Secaucus, NJ. Equinix's fifth Secaucus colocation building, a four-story NY10 with a new electrical substation, next door to the NY2 facility that spilled ~5,000 gallons of diesel in Sept 2026. Secaucus Zoning Board granted minor site variances; site infrastructure underway, building construction expected to start 2027, opening 2027-28. Mayor Gonnelli has since asked NJSEA to pause new data center applications. Note: adjacent to existing Equinix Secaucus campus (possible expansion). (Source dated 2026-09-18.).
