Epic Hosting Verona Data Center (Epic Hosting, LLC)
Verona, Dane County, WI
Epic Hosting Verona Data Center (Epic Hosting, LLC) is a planned data center in Verona, WI, with Epic Hosting, LLC named as the developer. WEDC awarded Epic Hosting, LLC (Epic Systems' hosting affiliate) a Data Center Sales and Use Tax Exemption on 2024-09-24 for a data center project in the City of Verona, Dane County, with $347M total planned investment and a $150M capital-investment commitment due 2029-04-30. WEDC's FY2026 Q3 award data shows only ~$8.7M of actual capital investment reported so far, so the build appears early-stage; it may be an expansion of Epic's existing Verona campus hosting footprint.
