Entrata Data Center
White Hills, Mohave County, AZ
Entrata Data Center is a planned data center in White Hills, AZ, with Clean Cloud Energy named as the developer. Reported capacity is 1,250 MW. Developer Al Barbarich (owner of the 10,000-acre Entrata master plan, entitled 2023) and data center/solar developer Clean Cloud Energy (CEO Manny Sakellakis) have filed a preliminary site plan for a data center on 776.11 acres of the Entrata property near White Hills Airport off Highway 93 in Mohave County, split by West Rolling Ridge Drive. The site plan envisions 34 data center modules with substations, a hybrid cooling/water plant and nine retention basins; developers cite a potential capital investment of $12.5 billion and a maximum capacity around 1.25GW (at roughly $10M/MW), with primary power to come from the Mead Substation via the Western Area Power Administration. Mohave County was weighing whether a new Special Use Permit requirement for data centers near airports would apply to this already-filed application; development was targeted to start 2027-2028.
