Dobson Farms East (EdgeCore)

EdgeCore (named in conceptual planning documents) plans Dobson Farms East (EdgeCore), a data center in Florence, AZ. The project is sized at 720 MW. Florence Town Council approved Ordinance 767-25 on October 7, 2025 for the ~239-acre Dobson Farms East parcel at the northeast corner of Arizona Farms Road and Attaway Road, calling for ten two-story data center buildings at roughly 72MW each (~720MW total) plus three large substations, one smaller substation, and 44 backup generators. EdgeCore is named as the conceptual planning partner; combined with the adjacent Dobson Farms West and Florence Tech Park parcels, the overall 1,619-acre rezoning exceeds 1 gigawatt of demand.
