Diamond Farms Data Center (Eckelkamp rezoning proposal, Gray Summit)
Gray Summit, Franklin County, MO
Plans have been filed for Diamond Farms Data Center (Eckelkamp rezoning proposal, Gray Summit), a data center in Gray Summit, MO. Rezoning of 600+ acres (~613 acres) of Diamond Farms land on Robertsville Road south of Gray Summit, Franklin County MO, near Shaw Nature Reserve, requested by landowner L.B. Eckelkamp Jr. (CEO of Franklin County-based Bank of Washington) who says he has been approached by several unnamed developers interested in a data center. Franklin County Planning and Zoning Commission tabled the rezoning request for six months after hundreds of residents turned out in opposition at a Jan. 20, 2026 hearing in Union, MO. Developer/operator undisclosed. Distinct site/proposal from the separately-tracked Meramec Valley Technology Park (Beltline Energy) proposal near Pacific, MO, also in Franklin County.
