Deep Atomic INL Data Center
Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, ID
Deep Atomic INL Data Center is an announced data center project in Idaho Falls, ID. SMR developer Deep Atomic, together with a consortium including design-builder Clayco, Parker Tide, Gleeds, and Paragon Energy Solutions, submitted a proposal to the US Department of Energy's Office of Nuclear Energy for an integrated nuclear-powered AI data center campus at Idaho National Laboratory near Idaho Falls, Bonneville County. The plan calls for data center operations to begin on grid/geothermal/solar power within 24-36 months while Deep Atomic's MK60 small modular reactor (60MWe) proceeds through design certification and licensing. This is a submitted DOE proposal, not an approved or under-construction facility. [Reviewed 2026-10-09: verified] Multiple reputable sources confirm Deep Atomic consortium submitted formal proposal to DOE's Office of Nuclear Energy in late November 2025 for integrated nuclear-powered AI data center at Idaho National Laboratory.
