DC BLOX Palm Coast Cable Landing Station / Town Center data center

Palm Coast, Flagler County, FL

Construction is under way on DC BLOX Palm Coast Cable Landing Station / Town Center data center in Palm Coast, FL. The project is sized at 10 MW with an estimated investment of $100 million. Atlanta-based DC BLOX is building a carrier-neutral cable landing station/data center in Palm Coast's Town Center to land Google's 'Sol' transatlantic cable (Palm Coast to Santander, Spain) plus up to five more cables; the company says the full build is two buildings totaling ~100,000 sq ft and about 10 MW, with $100M+ invested over time. The city permitted only a single 33,760-sq-ft building (permit April 8, 2026; construction started spring 2026, online early 2027); a second building would need public review under new supermajority rules. Flagler County adopted a 12-month data center moratorium in August 2026. (Source dated 2026-06-19.).
