DC Blox Henrico County data center
Henrico County, VA
DC Blox Henrico County data center is a planned data center in Henrico County, VA. Reported capacity is 10 MW. 65,000 sq ft, 10MW data center on a 5-acre portion of a 30-acre site DC Blox bought for $8M (former Azalea Flea Market, at Azalea Ave/Richmond-Henrico Turnpike). DC Blox withdrew an earlier, larger rezoning request (a second 40MW/125,000 sq ft building) after community pushback, but is proceeding with this smaller by-right facility; targeting mid-2026 for operations per Feb 2025 reporting.
