DataBank (JV with Goodman Group), a private operator, is building DataBank LAX2 in Vernon, CA. Reported capacity is 32 MW. DataBank and Goodman Group formed a joint venture for LAX2, a 140,415 sq ft, 32MW data center at 3094 E Vernon Avenue in Vernon. Goodman broke ground on the building in March 2025 and topped it out in September 2025; the first 6MW phase is expected to launch December 2026, with the remaining 26MW phased in through September 2027. This would be DataBank's second Los Angeles-area site.
