Construction is under way on CyrusOne Freestone Energy Center campus in Freestone County, TX. The project is sized at 380 MW. Calpine (a Constellation business) and CyrusOne announced Feb 9, 2026 a 380MW agreement to connect a new CyrusOne data center adjacent to the Freestone Energy Center (~80 miles SE of Dallas), with an exclusive follow-on agreement for a second 380MW phase. Separate from CyrusOne's already-tracked Thad Hill Energy Center (Bosque County) and Whitney/DFW17 sites.
