Two ~800,000 sq ft buildings (~500MW total campus cap, ~204MW per building) on a ~200-acre campus along County Road 240 in northern Callaway County near New Bloomfield, proposed by Denver-based Crusoe; ~$4.5B investment, construction targeted fall 2026-summer 2028, no contracts signed with the county as of research. Distinct from Crusoe's separate, already-tracked Warrenton, MO campus (external_ref crusoe-warrenton-campus, Warren County) – this is a different site/county.
