Received a 50%/10-yr sales tax exemption (~$42.3M) as one of the last approvals before Ohio's data-center tax-break pause. Distinct from the already-tracked Cologix Johnstown AI Campus (Licking County) and the generic 'Cologix Columbus Campus' entry.
