Civil Solutions Jerome Township data center campuses (Industrial Parkway & Warner Road)

Jerome Township, Union County, OH

Civil Solutions Jerome Township data center campuses (Industrial Parkway & Warner Road) is a planned data center in Jerome Township, OH, with Civil Solutions (developer); end user undisclosed; land owned by 8510 Warner Road LLC named as the developer. Cincinnati-based Civil Solutions filed plans for two campuses next to Amazon's Jerome Township data centers: six buildings (180k-270k sq ft) on Industrial Parkway and five buildings (157k-229k sq ft) on Warner Road. The township zoning officer disapproved the certificates Sept 3, 2025, but on appeal the two data centers were approved in late Jan 2026 despite the township's nine-month moratorium (Columbus Dispatch, Jan 31 2026; Marysville Matters, Jan 26 2026). No end user or MW disclosed; Jerome adopted stricter data center zoning in March 2026. (Source dated 2025-09-10.).
