Piscataway, Middlesex County, NJ
Chirisa Technology Parks PNJ-01 / PNJ-02 Piscataway campus is an announced data center project in Piscataway, NJ. Reported capacity is 90 MW. Chirisa plans a 90 MW, 20-acre Piscataway campus (PNJ-01 adaptive reuse of an existing shell plus PNJ-02 two-story greenfield building) with delivery targeted 2026-2027 per Cleanview and Chirisa marketing. NOTE: sits at/adjacent to the small existing Digital Fortress PNJ colocation site (a Chirisa subsidiary) already in our list; flagged as a possible expansion rather than a new campus.
