Bitdeer Massillon bitcoin mining data center

Bitdeer Technologies Group is building Bitdeer Massillon bitcoin mining data center in Massillon, OH. Reported capacity is 221 MW. Bitdeer's 221 MW Bitcoin mining/HPC facility in Massillon was approved by the city in April 2024 and has been under construction; a fire damaged two buildings at the construction site in Nov 2025 (DCD, Nov 12 2025). Local media toured the partially operating site in June 2026. Massillon has since adopted zoning limits on future data centers (Aug 2026). (Source dated 2026-06-16.).
