A new data center, Bentaus Texarkana AI data center (Chadbourn / Fort Chadbourne Farm site), has been announced in Miller County, AR. The project is sized at 200 MW. Dallas-based AI infrastructure developer Bentaus announced on LinkedIn Feb. 3, 2026 a multi-phase hyperscale/enterprise AI data center north of Texarkana with up to 200 MW (48 MW initially secured) on up to 3,000 developable acres. Public records show the site is the ~2,300-acre Chadbourne Ranch (sold Oct. 2025) held by Fort Chadbourne Farm LLC with affiliated Chadbourn Infrastructure Partners; Bentaus has released no further updates and did not respond to press inquiries as of August 2026.
