Beltline Energy Oklahoma City Campus (Frisco Road / NW 23rd St PUDs)
Oklahoma City, Canadian County, OK
Beltline Energy (BLE Landholdings) plans Beltline Energy Oklahoma City Campus (Frisco Road / NW 23rd St PUDs), a data center in Oklahoma City, OK. The project is sized at 1,000 MW. Beltline sought PUD rezonings (PUD-2105/2124) for ~295 acres inside Oklahoma City limits near I-40 and Frisco Rd for a data center campus tracked at ~1 GW; the OKC Planning Commission recommended approval 7-0 on Jan 21, 2026 and the application was carved out of OKC's 2026 data center moratorium. City Council final action unconfirmed. Adjacent to, and possibly part of the same program as, our listed Beltline Yukon site in Canadian County; parcels here are in Oklahoma County. (Source dated 2026-01-21.).
