The Joint Development Authority of Jasper, Morgan, Newton and Walton Counties approved a $42 billion bond and a sale of about 628.5 acres in Stanton Springs to Baymare LLC for a roughly 2 million sq ft phased data center; ownership later passed to Morning Hornet LLC, the entity Meta used for its earlier Stanton Springs campus.
