Two Bainbridge properties are listed for data center use: a 100-acre heavy-industrial site at 1604 Pondtown Road with a half-built plant, a Georgia Power substation built for the failed manufacturer and a 5 million GPD well, and a separate 262-acre data center/battery storage site with a 115-kV Georgia Power line crossing it; no buyers have been reported.
