AWS Trenton / Madison-St. Clair Township Campus
Trenton, Butler County, OH
Amazon Web Services plans AWS Trenton / Madison-St. Clair Township Campus, a data center in Trenton, OH. AWS is negotiating an 18-building, ~3.96M sq ft, ~$5B data center campus on 601 acres spanning Madison and St. Clair townships in Butler County, south of Trenton along Wayne Madison Rd/Hawkins Rd near the Great Miami River. Duke Energy territory. Distinct site/developer from the unrelated 'Project Mila' Prologis Trenton project already tracked. An annexation petition into the City of Trenton was withdrawn/rejected by township trustees in Aug 2026 over environmental and road-maintenance concerns, leaving deal terms unresolved as of Sept 2026.
