Arizona Independent Technology Campus

Maricopa, Maricopa County, AZ

Arizona Independent Technology Campus is a planned data center in Maricopa, AZ, with Zinke Investments LLC named as the developer. Zinke Investments LLC is seeking a Pinal County land-use amendment (case PZ-PA-015-26) covering 956 acres plus an adjacent 561-acre Employment-designated parcel (~1,517 acres total) southeast of Porter and Barnes roads, about two miles east of Highway 347 between Kortsen and Lelaan roads, south of Maricopa. The conceptual plan mixes general industrial/manufacturing/warehousing uses with data centers supported by on-site energy facilities. As of September 2026 the county Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Supervisors have reviewed but not voted on the land-use change; rezoning with detailed site plans would follow.
