75 South Data Center Campus (Tomochichi Road)
Griffin, Spalding County, GA
Plans have been filed for 75 South Data Center Campus (Tomochichi Road), a data center in Griffin, GA. The project is sized at 450 MW. Rumored / unconfirmed: The fourth data center proposed in Spalding County in seven months (Griffin Daily News, Feb 3, 2026) is on Tomochichi Road; dcmap.us lists it as the 450 MW '75 South Data Center Campus' by Industrial VI Enterprises LLC. Hearings were delayed repeatedly (Mar 31, Apr 28, May 28, June 25); the planning commission recommended denial of the land-use map change on May 5, 2026, the application missed a July planning deadline, and the Board of Commissioners scheduled a zoning hearing for Sept 3, 2026. Distinct from the three approved campuses (Project Spalding, Spalding Investments, Wallace Jackson). (Source dated 2026-09-02.).
